Job Summary We are seeking reach truck operators and ground-level order pickers to join our warehouse team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks, to efficiently load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 4:30pm Responsibilities • Safely operate reach trucks to pick luggage orders and bring inventory to ground level. • Conduct precise order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. • Load and unload materials with heavy lifting techniques while adhering to OSHA safety standards. • Utilize pallet jacks and other mechanical tools for efficient materials handling within the warehouse. • Step in to pick and pack orders at ground level as needed. • Support warehouse supervisors in maintaining a safe work environment by following safety protocols and conducting equipment inspections. Requirements • Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles with warehouse experience preferred • Valid forklift certification with demonstrated heavy equipment operation skills • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking • Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation, crane use, and construction equipment is highly desirable • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding workplace safety and equipment operation • Experience with materials handling tools such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and construction-related machinery is a plus Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Work Location: In person
