HR Administrative Assistant (Temporary, 3 Months) Quince & Co. Restaurant Group – San Francisco, CA Part-time | 30 hours/week | Temporary Assignment (3 months) About Quince & Co. Quince & Co. is a San Francisco–based hospitality group that includes Michelin-starred Quince, Cotogna, Verjus, Officina, and Tusk Events. Our teams are committed to excellence, craftsmanship, and warm hospitality. We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant (Temp) to support our Human Resources department during a busy seasonal period. Position Overview The HR Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the HR team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time (30 hours/week) and on-site. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team • Maintain and organize digital and physical HR files and documentation • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics • Prepare basic correspondence, templates, and standardized HR documents • Assist with data entry and maintain shared HR spreadsheets • Support scanning, filing, document management, and recordkeeping • Assist with tracking HR projects and maintaining checklists • Provide general office support and assist with special administrative projects as needed • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications • 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in an office or HR setting • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing time independently • Hospitality industry interest or experience is a plus Compensation & Details • Term: Temporary, 3 months • Hours: Part-time, 30 hours/week (Monday–Friday preferred; some flexibility available) • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience • Location: On-site in San Francisco More detail about Quince & Co. part of Quince & Co, please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/313912-Quince-%2526-Co-
