The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to promptly. • Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace tools. • Handle data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintain organized records for smooth office operations. • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries professionally on the phone • Maintain a tidy office areas and ensure all front desk equipment functions properly for seamless daily operations. Skills • Proven experience in office management, admin work, or as a receptionist in fast-paced environments. • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace and data entry. • Excellent phone with experience managing multi-line phone systems. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. • Attention to detail in proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records; typing skills are essential. • Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
