Join Our Team as a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor - Experience Required! Are you a reliable, customer-focused individual with a passion for providing excellent service? We're looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team and help ensure smooth, efficient operations during the overnight shift. If you're ready to take on a key role at our hotel, we’d love to hear from you! Position Highlights: • Competitive Pay with potential for growth • Overnight shifts with a flexible schedule (3 nights per week) • Friendly, supportive team working in a collaborative environment What You’ll Do: • Check-in and check-out guests with a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor • Respond promptly to guests’ needs, ensuring that each guest feels valued and attended to, no matter the hour • Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently, always with accuracy and care • Provide top-notch phone service by answering calls promptly and offering complete, accurate information • Ensure that all cashiering and credit card procedures are followed correctly, including verification of guest charges and processing payments • Balance your shift bank with attention to detail, verifying all transactions are accurate and secure • Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming for guests at all times • Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere, even during busy times or late-night shifts • Stay familiar with hotel amenities, services, and emergency procedures to assist guests as needed • Communicate guest messages and wake-up call requests in a clear and accurate manner • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth shift transition What We’re Looking For: • At least 12 months of experience in a hotel front desk role • Dependable and able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—allowing you to connect with a diverse range of guests and colleagues • Comfortable working with Microsoft programs and other office equipment • Detail-oriented with good mathematical skills for handling transactions • Solid problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver great customer service • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus!
