Position Title: IAM Systems Administrator - CyberArk PAM Location: Remote (AL, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MD, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WV) Clearance Requirements: None Position Status: Contract Pay Rate: $42/hr - $45/hr on W2 Position Description: We are seeking an experienced IAM Systems Administrator with strong CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) expertise to support and enhance enterprise-wide identity security programs. This role focuses on the administration, optimization, and operational integrity of the CyberArk PAM platform while partnering closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, and compliance teams. You will play a key role in enabling Zero Trust Architecture, enforcing Least Privilege, and supporting ongoing initiatives involving SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) as the organization transitions from IdentityIQ. Responsibilities: CyberArk PAM Administration • Operate, administer, and optimize CyberArk Privileged Cloud and related PAM components. • Onboard and manage privileged accounts, safes, credentials, and policies using PVWA, CPM, and PSM. • Troubleshoot issues related to password rotation, integrations, policy enforcement, and session management. • Monitor platform health, system performance, and operational resilience. • Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits. Identity & Access Management Support • Provide technical support to IAM Engineering teams during the transition from SailPoint IdentityIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). • Assist with ongoing operations of IdentityIQ during migration. • Support design, configuration, and automation of identity lifecycle management (LCM), RBAC models, access workflows, and access certifications in ISC. • Build or enhance custom connectors for automated provisioning and application data aggregation. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve second- and third-level IAM issues related to SailPoint, integrations, or workflow failures. • Collaborate with Compliance, Audit, and Security teams to maintain alignment with regulatory standards (SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, PCI-DSS). Required Skills/Education: • Minimum 2-year college degree. • 2+ years of hands-on CyberArk PAM operational experience (required). • CyberArk Certification (required). • Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and Least Privilege principles. • Proficiency with CyberArk modules: PVWA, CPM, PSM. • Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, RBAC, and identity governance concepts. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. • Experience with CyberArk EPM/WPM, SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). • Scripting abilities using PowerShell or Python for automation. • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA).
