Today Pyou Global presents you with a new vacancy: for the US branch (Hauppauge, Long Island - NY) of a prestigious Italian company, a global leader in coating and laminating machinery, we are looking for an: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT The ideal candidate is a junior profile, organized, flexible, and eager to learn. We are looking for a person ready to work in a small but dynamic team (approx. 8 people), supporting the Branch Manager in various cross-functional activities ranging from administration to operations. The resource will be responsible for: • Supporting the Branch Manager in daily administrative, finance, and accounting tasks; • Assisting with order management and spare parts logistics workflow; • Handling general office duties, data entry, and internal reporting; • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations in a multitasking environment; • Learning company procedures through direct shadowing and training with the Manager. Key Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in administrative, back-office, or secretarial roles; • High School Diploma (University Degree is not required); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage different types of tasks (admin, accounting, spare parts); • Residence in Long Island/New York area is preferred. What We Offer: • Annual gross salary up to $50,000 gross/year (based on experience); • Initial 12-month contract with the specific goal of a permanent hire; • Comprehensive on-the-job training and shadowing with the Branch Manager; • Opportunity to grow in a solid, international Italian company.
