The Opportunity As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, making sure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire your team, leveraging their unique strengths while managing performance to deliver on client expectations. This role offers the chance to engage directly with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic input on Pega recommended practices and enhancing business process automation solutions. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
