Summary: Puzzle Wealth Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist with experience in financial services to support account administration, client service, and operational functions. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and advisors, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate reporting, and seamless day-to-day operations. For this position, we are only considering candidates for an in-person role based in Illinois Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and process account paperwork for new and existing clients • Manage account maintenance, transfers, and money movements • Produce and deliver client performance reports • Maintain and update CRM (Redtail) and portfolio systems • Communicate directly with clients to resolve inquiries • Support advisor teams with compliance, marketing, and special projects • Perform data quality checks for regulatory filings Qualifications: • 2+ years' experience in financial services operations or client service • Associate’s degree or higher • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • CRM experience (Redtail preferred) • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Skills: • Experience with LPL, Schwab, or Fidelity platforms • Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months • Life & Health Insurance Licenses a plus • Familiarity with investment products, markets, and industry regulations Benefits: • Competitive salary + bonus potential • Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance • 401(k) with employer contributions, HSA • Paid parental leave, holidays, and PTO • Support for professional development and continuing education
