Company Description Public Sewer Service Operations Specilist with Sales knowledge and experiance Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist located in West Caldwell, NJ. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for daily operations management, overseeing projects from initiation to completion, improving operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring efficient resource allocation and scheduling. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting • Experience with sales and related processes is a plus • Proficiency in operations and project management, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities • Proficient in relevant software tools and platforms to support operational and project management tasks • Prior experience in the service or infrastructure-related industries is advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
