Associate or bachelor's degree with 2-4 years QC/QA experience including AS9100, ISO, and NIST implementation, plus proficiency in GD&T and ISO 9001 certification.

Your Impact • Own the end-to-end coordination of documentation for AS9100, ISO, and NIST certifications. • Ensure every compliance document aligns with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. • Deploy and monitor controls, compliance procedures, and operational processes that uphold certification standards. • Deliver training for new team members during onboarding and provide refreshers whenever requirements evolve. • Publish policy changes and reminders that reinforce ethical, legal, and regulatory expectations. • Administer policy governance—revision control, release management, availability of current versions, and executive approvals. • Track regulatory developments and industry best practices to keep the program future-ready. • Manage records of noncompliance reports and investigations; evaluate trends and program documentation. • Lead process/documentation audits to verify compliance and measure employee awareness. • Report to executives on audit findings, violations, investigation status, CAPA progress, and improvement recommendations. • Meet conformance deadlines by motivating cross-functional teams with clear direction and strong judgment. • Serve as the primary point of contact and knowledge resource for QMS compliance topics. • Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need • Associate or bachelor’s degree—or equivalent experience with specialized training/certifications. • 2–4 years in QC/QA, preferably including implementation of AS9100, ISO, and/or NIST programs. • Nice to have: CNC machining experience or strong familiarity with machining practices. • Cross-industry exposure (aerospace, automotive, military, medical device) is a plus. • Detail-obsessed approach with deep knowledge of QC/QA processes and procedures. • Excellent research, reading comprehension, written/verbal communication, and active listening skills.
