Design and manage provider compensation programs aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance and advising leadership on workforce planning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 2 years in provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management, or project/change management.
Job Description: • Shape and manage provider compensation programs that drive organizational success • Design compensation structures that are fair, competitive, and in support of Providence’s strategic initiatives • Develop and implement compensation plans, ensuring market benchmarks and legal compliance • Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning • Guide communication and education efforts to promote understanding among providers and stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2 years of demonstrated experience some, if not all, of the following: provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management and/or project and change management. • Experienced with a variety of forecasting and modeling techniques.
