Working in collaboration with the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations. Required Qualifications: CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation) upon hire, or must obtain within 1 year of hire 3 years of experience in an acute care facility. 2 years of experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations. Patient experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) upon hire. Why Join Providence?
