Full Description

Job Description: • Oversee a team of Regional Vice Presidents dedicated to BGA distribution in the Western Division • Implement the company’s distribution model evolution, focusing on product priorities such as Term, GUL, VUL, and emerging solutions like Hybrid LTC • Drive paid sales performance across Western & Mountain regions • Build and maintain strong relationships with IMOs, BGAs, broker/dealer point-of-sale teams, and partner offices • Streamline processes for efficiency and accountability • Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions Requirements: • Minimum 10 years in life insurance distribution • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within BGA or brokerage channels • Proven success in managing multi-state sales teams and driving revenue growth • Deep understanding of life insurance products, including VUL, Term, and emerging hybrid solutions • Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with BGAs, broker/dealers, and internal stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced designations (CLU, ChFC) preferred Benefits: • comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance • mental health benefits • employee assistance program • paid time off • paid parental leave • short-term disability • cultural observance day • contributions to healthcare accounts • pension plan • 401(k) plan with Company matching • ProHealth Rewards
