We’re seeking an experienced, part-time Sales Manager for a fixed-term contract (4 months) to drive growth across Houston’s off-premise accounts, with a primary focus on Total Wine. This role emphasizes account management, in-store brand activations, and sales execution. You’ll work independently in-market, maintaining relationships, ensuring visibility, and delivering against sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Off-Premise Sales & Account Management Manage and maintain relationships with Total Wine and other premium off-premise accounts. Ensure consistent sell-through and brand visibility at point-of-sale. Provide ongoing account support, ensuring strong execution and follow-through. In-Store Brand Activation Plan and execute in-store tastings, promotions, and activations to drive consumer engagement. Collaborate with store teams to maximize brand presence and shopper conversion. Targets & Reporting Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular reporting on account performance, activation results, and market feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns and activations. Share insights from activations and account performance to inform broader marketing and sales strategy. Qualifications Proven experience in beverage/alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or retail account management. Strong familiarity with off-premise retail, ideally with Total Wine or similar chains. Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results. Confident communicator with excellent follow-through and reporting discipline.
