Location: Remote - Ohio Department: Mobile ICU Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As the Patient Account Specialist/Billing Coordinator II, you will support ProMedica’s Patient Transportation Network’s client/patient transport needs. You will determine appropriate means of transportation and the responsible payor and communicate information to insurance providers to obtain authorization for patient transport. You will provide a consultative role in the billing department and will have coding responsibilities and handle rejections/appeals.
