Profloors is looking for a dynamic, fast paced, organized and attention to detail type person to join the Customer Service Team.This role will report directly to the Customer Service manager and will play an essential role in the companies day to day operation. a successful candidate will assist in the coordinating of workflow, fast paced, high demand environment with some of the best people in the industry. Role and Responsibilities · Liaison between installers and customers · Update orders into company software system - accurately · Contact customer to inform them of pending install and/or follow up · Resolving installer issues · Deliver outstanding service to our customers · Various other case management tasks / projects requested by Management Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills: · Exemplary communications skills · Must be bi-lingual English / Spanish · Ability to problem solve · Basic computer skills · Typing · Ten key Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
