Full Description

In this position there is a flexible work remote or from the office opportunity. • Under the supervision of the branch/therapy manager, utilizes knowledge and application of nursing principles to review clinical documentation for accuracy, thoroughness and appropriateness. • Assists data entry operators with issues regarding coding and deciphering data to be entered to create the plan of treatment (485) and other needed documents. • Assists leadership in ensuring that staff have submitted client documentation in a timely manner. • Assists with multidisciplinary communication of referrals and related information. • May provide direct patient care to client in the home. Education And Experience • Current licensure by the State of Michigan as a licensed registered nurse is required • A minimum of two years clinical medical-surgical experience and prior home care experience required • Quality assurance experience REQUIRED.
