Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel in a timely manner. • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, checking voicemails, emails, and messages. • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. • Perform data entry tasks accurately, including maintaining client records and files. • Verify insurance eligibility • Scan documents, scripts, insurances cards, drivers license, etc. • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments via Nextgen Office. • Collecting co-pays and Balances. • Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. • Familiarity with office management practices and clerical procedures is advantageous. • Ability to demonstrate time management skills effectively in a busy environment. • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is beneficial but not required.
