This short-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to support leave administration efforts through January 2026. Located in Katy, this position offers the opportunity to enhance your HR systems skills while making a significant impact on team operations. Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Temp Admin for our client. This position is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. You’ll work closely with HR and leave administration teams to ensure the smooth processing of employee leave requests and associated documentation. Responsibilities: • Organize and rename emails and voicemails by team member name and ID. • Upload and flag documents in HR systems (Workday) and personnel files. • Assign cases in Workday Help and send initial communications to team members. • Answer general leave-related inquiries that come through team inboxes. • Update payroll spreadsheets related to parental leave. • Assist with workplace accommodation audit cleanup. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of all employee leave records. • Develop a strong understanding of and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications: • Previous experience in HR support, leave administration, or employee benefits preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Workday, and Excel. • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Customer service orientation with a solution-driven approach. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
