Call Center Representative/Agent Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $17/hr. Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 1+ Years Call Center Experience The Call Center Representative/Agent acts as the face and voice of the company, providing exceptional service and support both in-person and through digital channels. This role requires professionalism in handling high-volume communications and a commitment to upholding the highest service standards. Call Center Representative/Agent Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Professionally manage inbound customer communication, utilizing multi-line phone systems and digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Serve as the primary point of contact, owning client inquiries and concerns from start to finish, and resolving them efficiently and professionally. • Demonstrate comprehensive product and service knowledge to effectively address customer issues, complaints, and questions. • Research solutions by utilizing multiple internal resources and systems. • Triage and escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary for specialized attention. • Work seamlessly with various internal departments to guarantee a cohesive client experience. • Perform essential client-facing administrative duties, including scheduling, maintaining accurate client records, and processing critical information. Call Center Representative/Agent Essential Skills and Requirements: • Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary for clear client interaction. • Strong computer skills including proficiency in data entry, typing, and utilizing necessary business software.
