We are supporting a leader in ERP-agnostic advisory services, in identifying a Senior ERP Manager with deep expertise in enterprise-scale digital transformation, multi-system integration, and C-suite advisory. This role is designed exclusively for senior professionals who have owned, led, and delivered complex ERP initiative assessments across multiple business units and geographies. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on accountability for ERP outcomes—not simply participation. This role is Remote | 25–35% Travel ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior ERP Manager operates as a senior strategic advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and global executive teams, managing multiple concurrent clients and projects involving full life-cycle ERP selection, transformation, and implementation. This role requires: • Superior business acumen - (finance, manufacturing operations, supply chain, global controls) • Deep ERP domain master - (Tier I/Tier II systems, cross-module functionality, multi-ledger, multi-location) • Proven complex program delivery - (High-risk projects, escalations, large-scale integrations, global rollouts) • Exceptional leadership under pressure - (Executive presentations, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and negotiation) • This is a high accountability, high visibility role with intense client-facing expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ERP Strategy, Advisory & Executive Leadership • Serve as the primary executive-facing advisor for ERP transformation, digital strategy, and operational modernization.Lead multiple enterprise clients simultaneously—balancing high-stakes milestones, budgets, and escalations. • Translate complex business requirements into ERP architecture decisions across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business Assessment/Operations. • Deliver board-level communication, status updates, risk matrices, and C-suite decision frameworks. ERP Software Selection • Lead full selection cycles using structured, vendor-agnostic methodologies: • Requirements development • Fit-gap scoring • Vendor evaluation • RFP/RFI cycles • Demos and script management • Contract negotiation • Evaluate both Cloud and On-Prem ERP platforms. • Lead scenario modeling, TCO analysis, and ROI justification. • Extensive manufacturing and supply chain implementation experience • Senior Level experience in Assessment/Selection. ERP Implementation Leadership • Direct multi-disciplinary teams across business process, technical, functional, and data workstreams. • Establish PMO governance, stage gates, RAID logs, steering committee management, and change control. • Ensure alignment between ERP design, enterprise architecture, and operational policies. • Oversee integrations, conversions, UAT, training, and hypercare readiness. • Lead global rollouts across regions such as US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM. Business Process Optimization • Conduct deep-dive process mapping across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Asset Management. • Recommend standardized processes, internal controls, governance frameworks, and KPI dashboards. • Lead continuous improvement projects and digital acceleration efforts. Team & Practice Leadership • Mentor internal consultants, business analysts, and technical staff. • Develop methodologies, playbooks, templates, and best practices. • Support practice growth, sales pursuits, and scoping. Financial, Operational & Risk Oversight • Manage multi-million dollar project budgets. • Conduct risk modeling and mitigation planning. • Support clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and major structural reorganizations. • Analyze and optimize TCO for enterprise systems. Experience Requirements ✔ 10+ years combined experience in Finance, Operations, or ERP Consulting ✔ 8+ years in ERP consulting with direct client ownership ✔ Led at least 2 full-cycle Tier I/Tier II ERP implementations (no exceptions) ✔ Experience managing 2+ concurrent ERP clients ✔ Proven delivery with at least one of the following systems: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite ✔ Background as former CFO, Controller, Director of Operations, VP Supply Chain, or similar strongly preferred ✔ Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience preferred Must Have • Enterprise program ownership (>$5M budgets) • Data migration strategy leadership • Cross-module ERP fluency • Ability to present to Boards, Audit Committees, and Investors • Expertise in process re-engineering and organizational change management Highly Preferred • M&A integration experience • Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-plant environments • Experience with regulated industries (Oil & Gas, Aerospace, GovCon, Manufacturing) • Experience remediating troubled or failing ERP projects EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS Required • Bachelor's degree • Full-cycle ERP implementation experience (2+ enterprise implementations) Strongly Preferred • MBA or advanced degree • PMP, Prosci, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean certification • Tier I/Tier II ERP certification(s) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $128,970.36 - $172,002.20 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
