PPL Motorhomes, the nation’s leading RV consignment dealer, is expanding—and we’re looking for dynamic, motivated leaders to grow with us! We are currently hiring to develop for four key management positions: • General Manager • Business Manager • Sales Manager • Service Manager 🌟 What We Offer: • Starting training salary of $75,000 • Comprehensive 10-week training program at our Houston location—no RV experience required! • Training includes five structured modules covering operations, sales, service, leadership, and customer experience • Upon successful completion, employees will transition into a producer role within the company while awaiting placement at a future location as part of our expansion strategy • Relocation assistance for future leadership placement; We do not provide relocation assistance to Houston, TX. • Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more • A supportive, growth-oriented company culture Requirements 🧭 Who We’re Looking For: • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, military, athletics, or leadership roles • Proven leadership experience in retail, automotive, or service industries • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Strong communication and team-building skills • Willingness to relocate as we expand into new markets • Passion for customer service and operational excellence • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment 📈 Why PPL Motorhomes?
