Customer Success Associate – Life Science AI We are looking for a rare hybrid: someone who operates at the intersection of deep medical knowledge and cutting-edge Generative AI. Our mission is to bring advanced AI solutions to pre-approval medical activities (Phase 2 and 3). Our clients are VPs of Medical Affairs, Clinical Development leaders, and R&D decision-makers who rely on accurate, complex medical language. What You’ll Actually Do You are the crucial bridge. You translate the complex needs of Medical Affairs executives into the precise instructions to activate our AI platform. Help Shape AI Instructions for Optimal Outputs You won’t just talk about AI; you’ll actively direct it, leveraging your domain knowledge. • Instructions for AI Systems - While we’ll teach you the intricacies of our agentic pipeline, your job is to help design the optimal instructions for our AI systems. You will write, evaluate, and refine nuanced instructions to optimize the quality of our outputs. • Medical Credibility - You can walk into a meeting with a VP of Medical Affairs or a Chief Medical Officer and establish trust because you understand their language flawlessly. You understand the nuances of the pre-approval space (Phase 2/3) in life sciences and the extreme importance of accuracy. • Strategic Outcome Orientation - You instinctively connect technical capabilities to executive priorities—seeing how our work translates into accelerated timelines, competitive advantage, and measurable business impact. You think big-picture about what Medical Affairs leaders are trying to achieve, not just which features they need. Own the Technical Narrative with the Customer Over time, you become fully capable of explaining to customers how our AI system works, the advantages it provides, and the value it delivers. • Executive Presence - You lead highly tailored technical discovery sessions and engaging product demonstrations for senior leaders. You’re not just reciting features; you’re demonstrating a fundamental shift in how they do their jobs, tying every AI outcome directly to medical value and accuracy. • Discovery Mastery - You ask the hard questions that uncover deep, often unspoken, linguistic pain points within a Medical Affairs organization, and you connect those problems directly to AI-driven solutions. • Voice of the Domain - You work closely with our product and engineering teams, translating customer requirements into features that enhance our platform’s ability to handle complex medical vocabulary. You Should Have We are looking for the rare individual who embraces the intersection of deep expertise and radical curiosity. • Medical Knowledge - You possess a strong knowledge foundation in medicine, pharmacology, or life sciences. You live and breathe the language of clinical development and Medical Affairs. • Customer-Facing Hustle - 2+ years of face time with executives in a consultative, customer-facing role (Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, etc.), ideally within the biopharma space. You’ve thrived in high-stakes interactions. • Insatiable Curiosity for AI - You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be obsessed with how LLMs work. You’ve actively worked with consumer chatbots, experimented with prompt strategies, and you are thrilled by the prospect of mastering a complex AI pipeline to solve real-world medical problems. • That Thing Where You Just “Get It” Faster Than Everyone Else - You learn complex medical or technical systems incredibly fast. You are the go-to person when something needs to be understood or synthesized rapidly. • Confidence Without Arrogance - You can walk into a room and establish instant credibility based on your domain knowledge, ask great questions, and handle curveballs from senior leaders without flinching.
