Job Description: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations, sales) • Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding • Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting software • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs • Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments • Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal) • Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability) • Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools • BONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agency • BONUS: Experience recruiting for creative/marketing (eg.
