Position Overview We're seeking a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Advisor to connect with independent healthcare practices through strategic digital outreach. This remote, commission-based role focuses on building authentic relationships with practice owners and administrators through consultative selling on LinkedIn and other professional platforms, helping them address critical billing challenges while building your own recurring revenue stream. Location: Remote Position Type: Independent Contractor, 1099 Compensation: Commission-Based (Monthly Recurring) Key Roles: Lead Generation, Digital Outreach, Sales, Business Development About the Opportunity Healthcare practices nationwide are struggling with increasing claim denials, cash flow challenges, and administrative burdens that prevent providers from focusing on patient care. Our partner RCM services help practices typically achieve 20-30% revenue increases within months through comprehensive billing optimization, denial management, and revenue cycle solutions. As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Advisor, you'll use proven digital outreach methodologies grounded in research-backed consultative selling principles. You'll leverage the LAER framework (Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond) and pain-focused discovery techniques to uncover emotional and operational challenges that drive purchasing decisions in healthcare. Primary Responsibilities Your role centers on identifying and connecting with healthcare practice decision-makers through digital platforms who could benefit from revenue cycle management services. • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional healthcare networks to identify practices facing billing challenges such as high denial rates, cash flow issues, or staffing strain • Build targeted prospect lists across specialties including family medicine, behavioral health, and specialty practices • Send strategic connection requests during optimal times to achieve desired acceptance rates Relationship Building Through Consultative Communication • Develop authentic relationships through the proven 30-day outreach pathway: warm-up phase, connection and conversation phase, and consultation booking phase • Use multi-round consultative questions following the proven blueprint to uncover surface-level challenges, process issues, operational impacts, and emotional pain points • Share relevant insights, case studies, and industry benchmarks through value-first engagement rather than pitching Consultation Conversion • Transition qualified prospects to complimentary practice assessments after identifying 2-3 pain points through consultative discovery • Handle common objections with empathy-based frameworks that position assessments as relief rather than transactions • Book 1-2 consultation calls weekly • Maintain relationships through the evaluation and onboarding process • Track all activity in CRM systems and update prospect status through each stage of the pathway • Leverage posted content from Plural Consulting’s founder or share content 2-3 times weekly to establish thought leadership and trusted advisor positioning Compensation Structure Build recurring monthly income as each practice you refer continues generating commission payments month after month. • Commission Rate: 20% of monthly recurring revenue per client • Average Monthly Commission: $500-$1,000+ per client (varies by practice size) • Payment Model: Monthly recurring for the lifetime of client engagement • Growth Potential: Acquiring 2-4 practices monthly = $12,000/month+ recurring income after 12 months. Options to convert to a base pay + bonus structure available after 1-2 months. No PHI (protected health information) is needed to make referrals.
