About Play Patrol Company Play Patrol Company provides engaging music, sports, and enrichment programs for childcare centers, preschools, libraries, and elementary schools across PA, NJ, DE, and MD. Our team includes talented educators, musicians, artists, and athletes who are passionate about creating joyful learning experiences for children. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to support our small but growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, providing excellent customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and online channels • Assist with scheduling classes, events, and staff assignments • Support the coordination of logistics for school programs and special events • Fulfill and ship online store orders accurately and efficiently • Assist with light social media management, including posting updates and monitoring engagement • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems • Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Comfortable learning new software tools (CRM, scheduling platforms, etc.) • Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required • Must be available consistently on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 3 PM What We Offer • A fun, friendly, mission-driven work environment • Opportunity to contribute to a company that makes a meaningful impact on children’s education • Potential for additional hours and responsibilities based on performance • Room for growth within a creative and expanding organization Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
