Ideal candidates will have a background representing lenders, arrangers, and institutional clients in subscription credit facilities, NAV-based loans, hybrid structures, CLOs, CMBS, and repurchase or warehouse lending transactions. Roles involve drafting and negotiating complex financing agreements, reviewing fund documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse transaction types including capital call lines, rated note feeders, and real estate-backed financings.
