Full Description

Events & Field Marketing Manager (Remote position within the US) The Events & Field Marketing Manager is the sole owner of all in-person marketing initiatives in the US and EMEA, focusing on driving high-quality engagement and pipeline acceleration among enterprise buyers. This role demands a highly organized, budget-conscious strategist capable of managing complex logistics, guiding executive participation, and ensuring event investments translate into both brand impact and measurable sales opportunities. Strategic Planning & Budget Ownership Own the global events strategy and roadmap across all formats, including major industry trade shows (e.g., Gartner), partner conferences, and proprietary field events (e.g., executive roundtables, local seminars). Act as the primary budget owner for all events, meticulously tracking costs, negotiating vendor contracts, and conducting post-event ROI analysis to inform future investment decisions. Think strategically about event allocation, recommending which opportunities to pursue (and which to decline) based on target account penetration, pipeline goals, and market fit (US and EMEA focus). Support the annual Customer Advisory Board (CAB) event, managing logistics, materials, and executive schedules to ensure a successful, high-touch experience for our most strategic customers. Event Execution & Demand Activation Oversee all event logistics end-to-end, including vendor management, facility contracts, materials ordering, shipping, on-site setup, and breakdown. Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to design and execute pre- and post-event demand generation campaigns that drive qualified booth traffic and meeting attendance. Partner with the Sales team to manage meeting scheduling, define lead qualification criteria, and ensure seamless, rapid lead follow-up post-event. Coordinate booth design and production (working with the Design Lead) and manage internal speaker/staff training to ensure consistent, on-brand presence at all venues. Executive & Stakeholder Management Expertly manage executive participation at all events, clearly communicating schedules, objectives, talking points, and logistics to ensure optimal use of their time. Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Leadership, the Partner Team, and Marketing to ensure all event activities are aligned with pipeline goals and regional priorities. Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, managing expectations and securing necessary resources to deliver high-quality event experiences. Measurement & Reporting Track and report on event performance using key metrics (e.g., lead capture rate, meeting completion rate, pipeline generated, ROI) in partnership with the Marketing Operations (MOPs) Lead. Provide actionable feedback and insights gathered from the field back to the Product Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and inform future event planning. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in Field Marketing, Events Management, or Integrated Marketing within a B2B or technology company. Exceptional organizational skills, project management acumen, and obsessive attention to detail necessary to manage complex, multi-day, multi-location events. Proven ability to manage and adhere to strict marketing budgets and demonstrate event ROI. Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and handling event logistics (e.g., large conferences, trade shows, proprietary field events). Demonstrated ability to "wrangle" high-level executives and internal stakeholders, ensuring preparation and compliance with event schedules. Proficiency in CRM/MAP tools (preferably HubSpot) for lead tracking, reporting, and campaign integration. Salary Band SFBay Area: $135-165k base Major Metro: $125-150k base Remote: $120-150k base
