Pitchfield is actively recruiting Entry Level Sales Associates to join our in-person promotional events team. This role isn’t for benchwarmers—it’s for those who want to be where the action is: shopping malls, trade shows, live events, and retail pop-ups. What You’ll Be Doing: • Represent well-known brands at local events and retail activations • Spark conversations and build rapport with customers face-to-face • Deliver engaging product demos and highlight special event offers • Help customers make informed purchasing decisions • Hit daily and weekly sales goals (and celebrate big wins with your team) • Work in a team-oriented environment with coaching from top performers We’re Looking for Team Players Who: • Are confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people • Love friendly competition and thrive on performance • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic every day • Are dependable, coachable, and able to adapt to new environments • Can commit to full-time hours and are ready to start right away No prior experience?
