This is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and managing regional client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the seamless delivery of products. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to uphold Pinnexa’s quality, compliance, and service standards. Key Responsibilities • Build, manage, and nurture client relationships within the assigned region. • Identify new business opportunities and drive regional revenue growth. • Negotiate contracts while ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. • Oversee product delivery, ensuring quality and on-time fulfillment. • Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to optimize processes and client satisfaction. • Provide regular reporting on regional performance and participate in strategic planning. Qualifications • Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy. • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Contract Negotiation. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strategic and analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in CRM systems and project/data management tools. • Familiarity with FDA, EPA, or fair labor standards is a plus. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in time-sensitive environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
