Career Opportunities: Fund Distribution Commissions Specialist (123277) Requisition ID123277-Posted -Switzerland-Geneva- Activity area (1) -Experienced Professionals The Operations division provides secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet’s wealth management, asset management and real estate clients. As a Fund Distribution Commissions Specialist, you will be part of the Investment Fund Agreements & Commissions team and responsible for processing trailer fee commissions for our clients across all Pictet Group entities. Your role • Calculate, reconcile and relocate trailer fee commissions in accordance with contractual agreements and internal policies. • Maintain accurate records of commission structures and ensure data integrity. • Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports on commission payments, outstanding balances, and related metrics for management and stakeholders. • Act as the main point of contact for queries related to commission payments. • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commission processes. • Ensure activities comply with regulations, internal controls and audit requirements. • Support the onboarding of new distributors. Your profile • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking operations. • Strong understanding of investment funds and distribution channels. • Awareness of relevant regulations (e.g., MiFID II, AML/KYC). • Demonstrated interest in new technologies and advanced Excel skills; experience with commission management systems is a plus. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
