Define and implement the long-term vision for the services portfolio, driving innovation, scalability, and competitive differentiation through modernized delivery models. Partner cross-functionally with business units, marketing, and sales to design integrated go-to-market strategies that enhance customer experience and market share. Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. You're the right fit if: You have a bachelors degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in service delivery, performance management, or program implementation, leading complex global initiatives. Your skills include strategic planning, program and project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen; bonus if you bring expertise in AI adoption, continuous improvement, or automation initiatives. You must have 8+ years of experience in Radiology informatics including experience in Enterprise Imaging, PACS, Customer Success, and Global Service Operations (PACS, EI, DICOM, HL7) You’re an influential, collaborative leader with strong communication skills, able to drive cross-functional alignment, manage executive-level escalations, and lead teams through transformation in a global environment. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $137,513 to $220,020. The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $144,750 to $231,600. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $151,988 to $243,180. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $162,120 to $259,392. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
