This position acts as the liaison between the House Accounts and all facets of the Haeger organization including the Operations, Accounts Receivable, Engineering, Shipping, and Material Control at all facilities as well as the Sales/Marketing personnel. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, problems, orders, and ensuring all the customer needs are met satisfactorily and promptly. * Manage RFQ requests and Order Receipts for House Accounts * Perform daily, weekly and monthly production reporting * Monitor the customer portal and update as required * Maintain an excellent rapport with customers, including timely and accurate information processing * Coordinate customer inquiries within Haeger for general product information, routing and scheduling of regular and special orders, customer specifications, shipping dates, variations in demand as well as quality issues * Ensure all communication with the customer whether via email or phone is professional * Pull customer delivery ratings and forward to the department manager. * Communicate any delivery deviation from the customer releases to ensure timely delivery * Communicate with the department manager on any significant changes and developments in customer demand as well as customer complaints for appropriate communication within the organization * Provide ongoing support of data analysis and running reports as needed for the Sales Team, General Manager and other areas as needed * Perform the necessary safety requirements to avoid injury to self and fellow employees. * Housekeeping/6S * Other duties as assigned Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Belonging (DEB) endeavors to create a safe space for all employees and customers, regardless of age, race, sex, gender identity, national origin, or religion. Qualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * High school degree required, and bachelor’s degree preferred * Automotive industry experience preferred * Strong MS Excel skills * Strong – verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, as well as customer service aptitude and attitude * MRP/ERP software knowledge/ experience with JDE helpful * Proficient in Microsoft Office software ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: Safety: * Follow all safety requirements to avoid injury to self and fellow employees. * Create and maintain a safe work environment; repair and/or report non-conformances to company safety policies and guidelines. Work Environment: * Air-conditioned office; goes into manufacturing facility periodically.
