We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best kitchen & bath solutions and are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our business. Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative for the Tampa area to join our growing team. Location: Remote, covering designated territories with travel required. Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in outside sales in the building materials industry in a B2B environment. Must have experience selling building materials and experience in Kitchen & Bath/Flooring is preferred. • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a persuasive communication style. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (minimum 2 days per week). • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territory. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building. • Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly. • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
