Create visual and multimedia content for marketing across multiple brands, manage asset libraries, and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.

This position is ideally suited for college students. Hours and schedule are flexible - 15 - 25 hrs/week during the school year. Hours can increase to 35 - 40 hrs/week during the summer. Remote work may be possible after training period. You will support marketing and branding efforts across three distinct businesses - each with different audiences and content needs. Your role will be to create compelling visual and multimedia content (graphics, photos, video, web assets) that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and supports both e-commerce (B2C) and B2B sales. You can see our businesses at the following sites: • https://pcenclosures.net • https://umbuzo.com • https://backyardsnowstorm.com Responsibilities: • Produce digital graphics for social media, websites, e-commerce listings, marketing materials, and sales collateral. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project needs and branding requirements; contribute during brainstorming sessions. • Manage and organize unified asset library (logos, fonts, color palettes, templates, product photos/videos) for easy reuse and consistent branding across companies. • Balance multiple projects across brands, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate status/needs clearly. Qualifications / Skills: • Proficiency in design software: e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools. • Ability to create both digital and print-ready assets (web graphics, social media visuals, brochures, marketing materials). • Basic photography and photo editing skills; ideally some experience preparing product images for online listings (cropping, background removal, lighting correction, color correction). • Basic video editing / content creation knowledge (editing raw footage, producing short-form clips, reels, promotional videos). • Strong sense of design fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout, composition, and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and brands. • Creativity and a good visual sense — ability to translate product or brand ideas into compelling visuals and marketing content. • Good time management, organization, ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects, and deliver on deadlines. • Comfortable working independently (remote work) and collaborating during in-office days for team alignment.
