5+ years experience with partnership management, contract oversight, operational management in payments or related fields, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities. Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations. Manage contracts and agreements under senior guidance. Partner with product and marketing teams to roll out new partnership-driven initiatives. Analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities. Track regulatory updates and competitive developments that could impact partnerships. Report progress on partnerships to senior leadership regularly. Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Identify incremental opportunities for partnership expansion. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Partnership Management: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with banks, acquirers, processors, and payment service providers to ensure seamless operations and collaboration. Contract & Commercial Oversight: Negotiate agreements, manage SLAs, and monitor commercial terms to maximize value from partners. Operational Excellence: Oversee payment processing performance (authorizations, settlement, chargebacks, disputes) and proactively resolve issues with partners. Optimization: Analyze transaction data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved approval rates, and enhanced customer experience. Innovation & Growth: Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk) to implement new payment methods, technologies, and operational enhancements. Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for payment-related issues, coordinating with partners to ensure timely resolution. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of payment industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategy.
