About The Role: As a Business Development Representative, you play a crucial role in driving prospect engagement, building demand, and creating early pipeline within the organization. This position supports PayIt's growth objectives by engaging qualified prospect accounts, orchestrating targeted outreach, and ensuring a seamless buying experience for our solutions. What You'll Be Doing: Pipeline Starts: • Process inbound leads, activating marketing-qualified accounts. • Use Salesforce and Groove to monitor marketing campaign activity and enroll qualified prospects into sales outreach. • Implement BANT qualification framework for hand-raisers • Attend discovery meetings with sales counterparts and document meeting notes in Salesforce. Target Account Outbounding: • Collaborate with sales to define and execute activities for engaging high-value target accounts. • Conduct focused 1:1 outbounding against top target accounts, orchestrating efforts with demand generation and sales counterparts. • Design and execute customized sales outreach cadences via a sales outreach tool (presently, Groove) for account type and buyer persona. Top-of-Funnel Programs: • Support event success through meeting-setting outreach and representation at key trade events. • Amplify PayIt's messages through your LinkedIn presence, connecting with industry professionals, and reposting content. • Occasionally support client outreach campaigns and other Sales and Marketing initiatives.
