About the Role: The Warehouse Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations by ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: • Order Filling: Select and gather products from our fulfillment center based on pick lists, ensuring they are organized and ready for shipment. • Order Checking: Double-check picked items against invoices to confirm accuracy, including verifying quantities and expiration dates when applicable. • Packing: Ensure items are counted, packaged, and labeled correctly, while adhering to regulatory guidelines for sensitive materials. • Manifests: Weigh and label packages appropriately, ensuring that all documentation is correct. • Order Processing: Efficiently fulfill orders to enhance client satisfaction and build relationships. Additional Duties: Maintain an organized workspace and help uphold safety standards, while adhering to company policies and ethical conduct. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is preferred. • Strong reading, writing, and counting skills. • Effective problem-solving abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Working Conditions: • Frequent movement and physical activity, including lifting up to 55 pounds independently and collaborating on heavier items. • Exposure to dust and potentially confined spaces.
