Requirements • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus. • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting. • Genuine interest in HealthTech and a predisposition to learn. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
