Benefits: • Competitive salary • Opportunity for advancement • Training & development HR ANALYST / HR BUSINESS ANALYST Staff Augmentation Role Overview The HR Analyst will support the Retirement and Employee Services teams with both operational and project work. This includes assisting with business process documentation, reviewing or drafting website content, supporting testing cycles, and providing backup to Retirement staff so they can participate in project tasks. Key Responsibilities • Assist with updating and improving business process documentation • Draft, review, or refine content for the EBMUD Retirement website • Support testing cycles, including test script execution, defect logging, and re-testing • Perform functional Retirement team work as needed to free staff for project duties • Help organize task lists, deadlines, and supporting documents • Coordinate with HR, Retirement, Employee Services, and IT teams as assigned Required Skills and Experience • Experience in HR, benefits, retirement, or related functional areas • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document processes • Comfortable reviewing, updating, and creating written content • Hands-on PeopleSoft experience, especially in HR, Benefits, or Retirement functions • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to balance project tasks with operational work Preferred Skills • Experience with PensionGold or other pension administration tools • Experience in testing, documentation, and project support • Public sector or retirement plan experience Flexible work from home options available.
