Resident Care Director reports to Chief Executive Officer. The Resident Care Director is responsible for the planning, direction, evaluation and administration of the resident care in an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. Duties are Responsibilities • Working with and at the direction of the Chief Executive Office and/or Administrator, Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a 24-hour resident care program of the community to ensure a quality resident care program which meets the individual needs of the residents. • Assist throughout the day as needed on the units • Manage, order and ensure the accuracy of medications • Develop and maintain an open relationship with residents and the community through regular interaction, encourage and support residents with their involvement in the community • Excellent attendance • Managing and creating new referral sources • Review discharge paperwork ensuring documentation is correct and notifying family and staff of any changes in condition • Ensuring all supplies are being ordered and delivered • Daily walk through for all units and floors, checking on all residents and the work of home health aides • Perform other related duties as assigned • Working the floor is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
