Home & Hearth Caregivers is a well-established, family-owned home care agency serving the Chicagoland western suburbs. We provide non-medical, private duty in-home care to seniors who want to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are seeking a driven, personable Business Development Liaison to build referral relationships and grow our client base. Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (Guaranteed First-Year Bonus) What You’ll Do • Build and maintain referral relationships with rehab facilities, skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, hospitals, physicians, social workers, senior centers, and home health agencies. • Visit referral partners regularly, host meetings, and promote our services. • Attend senior and community events to increase visibility. • Track outreach activity, referrals, and conversions. • Represent our agency professionally, respectfully, and with compassion. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in home care, senior services, medical sales, or community outreach. • Strong communicator who enjoys relationship-building and field work. • Organized, self-driven, able to work independently. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
