In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience that keeps guests returning. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute directly to the overall success of our hospitality operation. Responsibilities • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness. • Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine. • Maintain public areas by tidying lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with efficiency and professionalism. • Follow established procedures for handling laundry, linens, and guest supplies to ensure smooth operations. • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests and staff. • Adhere to health and safety regulations while utilizing cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly. • Support other housekeeping team members during busy periods or special requests to ensure timely service delivery. Skills • Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. • Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. • Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards and procedures. • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering consistent quality service. • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. • Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
