Sales Development Representative (Remote) Painter Growth | Remote - North America | $3K base + commission (OTE $8K-$10K) About Painter Growth Painter Growth is the leading business coaching firm for painting contractors across North America. We help established painting business owners scale to 7- and 8-figure operations through structured programs in sales systems, operations, leadership development, and strategic growth. Our clients are serious business owners—not hobbyists. They're investing five to six figures in their own development, and they expect world-class service from first contact through program completion. We've been in business for over five years and have worked with hundreds of contractors. We're profitable, growing, and building a team that reflects the quality of our brand. The Role We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound leads and book sales appointments with painting contractors interested in our coaching programs. This is not a cold calling role. Our marketing generates consistent inbound interest—your job is to have intelligent conversations with business owners, understand their situations, and determine if they're a fit for what we offer. You'll be the first voice they hear from our company. That matters. Core responsibilities: • Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and direct message • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and readiness • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team • Manage lead flow and follow-up sequences in our CRM (GoHighLevel) • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the sales team • Represent Painter Growth with professionalism and competence Compensation • Base salary: $3,000/month • Commission: $500 per closed sale from your qualified appointments • Realistic monthly earnings: $8,000-$10,000 • Top performer range: $15,000-$20,000+ Your first six closed sales each month count toward covering your base. Commission is paid on all qualified sales after that threshold. This is performance-based work. If you're good, you'll be well-compensated. If you're not, this isn't the right role. Requirements You need to have: • Proven ability to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly with business owners • Experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing roles (coaching, consulting, or home services industries are a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-direction and accountability—you'll work remotely without direct supervision • Comfort with technology (CRM systems, communication tools, basic software) • Availability during standard business hours in your timezone We're looking for someone who: • Takes their work seriously and shows up consistently • Can have a professional conversation with a business owner without sounding scripted • Understands that trust is built through competence, not tricks • Wants to get better at their craft, not just collect a paycheck • Can handle rejection without it affecting their performance • Values clarity and direct communication What We Provide • Comprehensive onboarding and training on our sales process • Proven scripts and frameworks (which you're expected to internalize, not read from) • Daily lead flow from our marketing efforts • GoHighLevel CRM with established workflows • Regular coaching and feedback from leadership • Clear performance metrics and transparent compensation structure What Success Looks Like In your first 30 days, you'll learn our process, our offer, and our ideal client profile. You'll be expected to book qualified appointments consistently by day 45. After 90 days, you should be operating independently, booking 15-20+ qualified appointments per month, and contributing meaningfully to company revenue. Top performers on our team book 30-40+ appointments monthly and earn accordingly. Our Standards We're building a small, focused team. We don't hire in volume—we hire for fit.
