Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, and VPN access in a remote service desk environment.
Experience in IT support/help desk, strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA, mobile device support, VPN account management, and knowledge of AD, Azure, Okta, Citrix, and mobile OS.
