Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Coordinator to manage and oversee financial operations, including high-volume payroll, accounting processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero and a proven track record of ensuring accurate, timely financial management and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute high-volume payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations. • Maintain and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in QBO or Xero. • Assist with audits and preparation of supporting schedules and documentation. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and compliance. • Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a senior or coordinator role. • Proven experience handling high-volume payroll operations. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero. • Solid understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: • Experience with financial reporting for multi-entity or international operations.
