Field Service Engineer – Cincinnati, OH Location: Cincinnati, OH (regional & national travel required) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, occasional evenings/weekends Travel: 100% travel with heavy overnight travel required Compensation & Benefits • $80,000–$85,000 base salary • W2 ~$95,000+ first year (base + structured OT + quarterly bonuses) • Quarterly performance bonus program • Vehicle stipend (~$500/month) + mileage reimbursement • Paid travel time + company card for all travel expenses • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance • 401(k) with company match • ~5 weeks PTO, 10 sick days, and paid holidays • Extensive training and development (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PE certification support) • Earn and keep all travel points (flights, hotels, rental cars — great for free vacations) About the Opportunity A rapidly growing global technology organization in the medical device industry is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their high-performing team.
