Position Summary We are seeking a Director and Sales Executive of Strategic Partnerships – Corporate Wellness to drive partner acquisition, activation, and growth across the employer benefits ecosystem. This high-impact, senior individual contributor role is responsible for developing new B2B2C partnerships with PEOs, insurance brokers, benefits consultants, and employee wellness platforms, and ensuring these partnerships generate sustained engagement and measurable revenue. The ideal candidate brings a strong record of success in partnership or channel sales, a deep understanding of the employer benefits landscape, and a passion for improving population health outcomes through affordable, accessible care. Position requires individual contribution and ability to build high-performing sales teams. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new B2B partners across target verticals (insurance brokers, PEOs, associations, insurance companies, and other channels). • Actively manage and grow existing B2B2C partner relationships to maximize revenue opportunities. • Identify new market niches and verticals through proactive research, networking, and market analysis. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms in collaboration with internal leadership. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding, campaign execution, and revenue optimization. • Deliver accurate forecasts and performance insights tied to partner engagement metrics and revenue contribution to the VP of Partnerships. • Represent Orderly Wellness Direct at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the brand’s presence and drive new opportunities. • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting target verticals. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools with accurate stage management, documentation, and velocity reporting. Qualifications • [10+ years leading sales teams and developing sales strategics and tactics and or; • 15+ years of experience in B2B2C sales, with at least 5+ years of experience with strategic partnerships, channel sales, or similar high-level business development. • Proficient in building sales pipeline, with the ability of turning opportunities into profitable revenue. • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environments. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with senior-level decision makers. • Highly independent self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software, sales productivity and reporting tools. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Travel as required. Preferred: • Building out B2B2C sales team. • Experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, or insurance industries. • Experience selling to or through insurance brokers, PEOs, associations, or healthcare-related channels. • Established network within target verticals. • Background in both hunting (new business) and farming (account management) roles. • Individual contributor to start, but experience in building sales teams as group grows. • Proven individual contributor and builder of high-performance sales team.
