Customer Service and Sales Representative Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting fitness organization with 700+ locations open in the US. We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor at our Mamaroneck location. The successful candidates will be confident self-starters, who can meet new people easily and have a positive, enthusiastic influence on people. Preferred attributes include the ability to quickly learn and effectively break into new markets with a strong sense of urgency to achieve results. At Orangetheory Fitness, our Sales Advisers share the Orangetheory Fitness experience with our customers. You will actively introduce people who are looking to better themselves to a tried and proven program that delivers results. Proactive and driven, Sales Advisers assist in running fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on premium customer service. The ideal candidate has sales experience and customer service skills. Sales Advisers are responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance of customer service indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail, and concession sales. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: • Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients • Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns • Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled • Proactively establishes and maintains an effective referral program • Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls • Warmly greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent customer service skills- Previous experience preferred. - Solid verbal and written communication skills required- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment. - Functional computer skills required - MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use - Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred - High school diploma required. - Ability to work and function in a team environment - Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed Company Benefits & Perks: WORKOUT FOR FREE!
