As an official partner representing T-Mobile, we bring reliable mobile and wireless services directly to customers through in-person, face-to-face interactions at various retail and event locations. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wireless Sales Associate to join our Huntington Beach team. As a Wireless Sales Associate you will be the primary point of contact for new customers at live events and retail environments, engaging face-to-face, answering questions, and helping shoppers find the T-Mobile products and services that best fit their needs. Using consultative sales techniques, you’ll assist with product selection, confirm eligibility, troubleshoot basic account questions, and guide customers through a smooth, transparent sales experience. Wireless Sales Associate Duties: • Speak directly with customers to understand their wireless needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations that meet those needs. • Provide customers with accurate and relevant information regarding products and services. • Cultivate and nurture relationships with new customers to foster loyalty and retention. • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently, escalating issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary. • Handle objections with professionalism and respect, ensuring customers feel heard and valued. • Ensure a positive and satisfying experience for customers from start to finish. • Gather and relay customer feedback about products, services, and the sign-up process to management, helping to improve the overall customer experience. • Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, learn new customer service strategies, and stay informed about ongoing promotions. Wireless Sales Associate Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, client relations, or cold-calling roles. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach to handling objections, answering technical inquiries, and addressing customer needs quickly and effectively. • Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, with a talent for articulating ideas clearly. • Self-driven and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. • Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of individuals, both externally with customers and internally with colleagues. • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Position Overview • Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 • Location: Wireless Sales Associates report to our Huntington Beach, CA office each morning before heading out to nearby communities for in-person sales. • Compensation: Commission-based; employees typically earn $900–$1,200 per week on average. • Client & Products: Representing T-Mobile, offering wireless cell phone products and mobile service plans.
